Good Lawd Shepherd’s Pie

                 The Lord is my Shepherd, and He knows I like to eat. An oldie but goodie. This dish has
                   been around for generations, it’s a true southern classic. I mean, it really has all you
                 need in it for a good and hearty meal. I know this one will be around for generations to
                                                             come.



                 Ingredients:

                 Potatoes

                     •  1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes
                     •  1/4 cup milk
                     •  ½ stick of butter
                     •  3/4 teaspoon salt
                     •  1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
                     •  1 egg

                 Meat filling

                     •  2 tablespoons canola oil
                     •  1 cup chopped onion
                     •  2 carrots and diced small
                     •  2 cloves garlic, minced
                     •  1 1/2 pounds ground beef
                     •  1 teaspoon Premadonna Soul seasoning
                     •  1/2 teaspoon Premadonna Greek seasoning
