•  3 tablespoons Premadonna Garlic Pepper seasoning
                     •  1 ½ tablespoons Premadonna Poultry seasoning
                     •  2 tablespoons Premadonna Hot Chicken seasoning
                     •  2 Cornish hens
                     •  ½ teaspoon Olive oil
                     •  1 green bell pepper, diced
                     •  1 small onion, diced
                     •  ½ teaspoon Premadonna Paprika
                     •  2 tablespoons butter
                     •  2 tablespoons all -purpose flour
                     •  1 cup white wine
                     •  2 tablespoons fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

                 Preparation:

                     1.  Preheat oven to 375 F.
                     2.  Season hens with Premadonna Garlic Pepper seasoning, Premadonna
                        Poultry seasoning, Premadonna Hot Chicken.
                     3.  Add olive oil, bell pepper, onions, Premadonna Paprika to baking pan
                     4.  Place the prepared hens in the pan and cook for 45 minutes or until
                        hens are tender
                     5.  Remove hens from oven, cover and set aside.
                     6.  In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and add the vegetables from
                        the baking pan
                     7.  Add the flour and whisk until it is completely combined.
                     8.  Add the 1 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce
                        thickens to a gravy.
                     9.  Pour the gravy over the hens and garnish with parsley.
