REMEMBRANCE
November is the time of year when the days grow shorter, all the trees stand naked and gray against the cloudy skies, and
nature prepares to rest. It is also a time of reflection. Remembrance Day reminds us of the sacrifices made by those who
have lived before us. It is our duty to honour them by learning from the past; not to repeat the wars but to continue to
find ways to bring peace.
In your personal life, you owe it to yourself to take time for introspection, so that you might learn from your past
experiences, and in doing so, allow yourself to release what no longer serves you. It is never too late to let go of regrets,
remorse, and above all anger towards others and yourself. Until you feel peace within, it is almost impossible to bring
peace to the world around you. How you feel about yourself is reflected to those who meet you. You are worthy and
deserving of peace in your life and the great news is, it all starts with you. Actually, you are the only one who can accept
this peace and love into your life. No one can make you find this peace or do it for you.
This month, take time to remember (things you have learned), release (let go of what no longer serves you) and receive (all
the peace and love you can hold). You are worthy, loved and deserving of peace, love, and happiness. To learn more read
