            RULES:
            1.    All schools must choose winners and affix ribbons.
            2.    All exhibits must be the work of the pupils.
            3.    All exhibits must have student’s name, grade and school printed clearly.
            4.    All exhibits must be on display by 4 p.m., on the Friday of the fair weekend,
                   and removed on Sunday at 4 p.m.
