CLASS 42    MAPLE PRODUCTS

                                                COMMERCIAL EXHIBIT

                            All Exhibitors must pay $6.00 Associate Member Fee and be bonafide producers of
                            maple products.
                            All entries must be in the correct category section.  NOTE: MAPLE SYRUP BELOW 66

                            BRIX WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

           The Exhibit Building is open on Thursday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. and on Friday morning from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
           for entries to be brought in. Entries may be picked up on Sunday afternoon after 3:30 p.m. Doors will be closed at 3:00

           p.m. on Sunday to allow the committees to take down and sort the exhibits.

           NOTE: No exhibits shall be taken down from display nor shall they be removed from the building or the grounds until after
           3:30  p.m.  Sunday.  Doing  so  will  result  in  disqualification  of  the  exhibits  and  forfeiture  of  the  prize  money.  (Strictly

                  1.   Maple Syrup, Ontario Grade A, Golden, one 250 ml. Kent Bottle
                  2.   Maple Syrup, Ontario Grade A, Amber, one 250 ml. Kent Bottle
                  3.   Maple Syrup, Ontario Grade A, Dark, one 250 ml. Kent Bottle
                  4.   Maple Syrup, Ontario Grade A, Very Dark, one 250 ml. Kent Bottle
                NOTE: There must be two or more entries in each class to be counted in the four classes

                TROPHY Donated by O'Hara Sugar Maples to the highest scoring syrup in any of the five classes
                  5.   Soft Sugar, one 125 gram Box of small pieces
                  6.   Hard Sugar, one 125 gram Block
                  7.   Maple Butter, one icebox jar, 250 ml. size
                  8.   Stir Sugar — displayed in one 250 ml. icebox jar
