Know where your customers live by getting
familiar with your store’s delivery area.
Make sure you understand the boundaries
of your area, as well as the best ways to get
around it. As you map the route you will take,
consider the types of merchandise that you
are delivering or picking up, as this affects the
time that each will take. Also, consider traffic
information during those delivery times.
