You’re on your way to making your deliveries,
pickups and service calls! This is a good time to talk
about how to respect your customers’ homes once
you arrive.
First, always remember that you cannot go inside
a customer’s home unless someone 18 or over is
present and allows you to come in.
Be culturally, socially, and religiously sensitive. Show
courtesy to your customers by not disturbing prayer
areas, discussing religious relics—positively or
negatively—or dishonoring any religious beliefs.
