Hello! My name is Tim Bullock and I am a Senior Mortgage Consultant at Union Home
Mortgage. I have been Vice President of loan origination for 20 years and in the mortgage
business for 22 years. I have built a team dedicated to getting our clients’ loans closed fast and
efficiently with no surprises.
I enjoy working with first time home buyers who ask a lot of questions. I don’t mind putting the
time and energy into guiding my first time home buyers through each step of the process, making
sure they understand everything about their home loan.
The value we offer our clients is nearly 75 years of mortgage lending expertise behind us, along
with a primary focus on communication with weekly, and sometimes daily, loan status updates. No one
is our business communicates more than we do.
We offer traditional mortgage products such as Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans. WE also offer down payment assistance
for first time home buyers for those that qualify and 203k rehab loans for distressed properties that qualify. Our rates and fees are
competitive, but our service is unmatched.
I have lived in Ohio my whole life and have raised my three children here as well. I am celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary
with my beloved wife, Diana. She is my rock and my family is my whole life.
Of course, helping families achieve their dreams of homeownership is what I enjoy best. During my downtime, I enjoy golfing,
biking and running. I have ran two marathons in the past five years and look forward to training for my next.
