COMMUNICATION
It is my promise that minimally you will be contacted every Tuesday and Friday to
receive a status update of the progress of your loan. Each Tuesday, you will be con-
tacted directly by phone from your loan processor on my team. At this time your
processor will be able to answer any questions you may have at that time. During
this call you may also be asked to supply additional documents requested by an
Underwriter, which is quite typical. On Fridays, you will receive a detailed email
status update of your loan. During these days of updates you can also be assured
that your real-estate agent is also being updated. This eliminates any type of confu-
sion on all ends. Communication is what makes our proven process a success.
