Greg Richart is Senior Vice President of Finance & Business

Planning for the Disney ABC Television Group, reporting into

Robert Langer. He has held this role since October 2016.

Greg leads the Finance Business Partner teams that dual

report into the Presidents of the ABC Entertainment, ABC

Studios, ABC News, Owned TV Station, Disney Channel,

Freeform and Ad Sales groups. The team provides finance and

business unit strategy support for these important DATG

businesses.

Prior to this role, Greg was the SVP of Corporate Financial

Planning & Analysis and worked closely with Brent Woodford

and Christine McCarthy on the Company’s annual operating

plans, financial forecasts, capital planning and the Board of

Director’s financial presentations. Greg’s team was also

responsible for providing finance support for Corporate and

Enterprise departments.

Greg first joined the Company in 2003 as a Director in the

Corporate Controllership Transaction Support group, where he

was responsible for providing accounting and mergers and

acquisitions diligence support to the business units. In 2007 he

relocated to Paris as VP and Chief Accounting Officer of Euro

Disney before being promoted in 2009 to SVP, Chief Financial

Officer where he led the business planning, controllership,

investor relations, corporate alliances, treasury, sourcing and IT

groups.

Greg is a CPA and has a BS in Accounting from the University

of Illinois and an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of

Management.
