                                                                                            VP, Controller
                                                                                            Tracy Willis the Vice President, Corporate Controller has been
                                                                                            with Disney for nearly 28 years with the majority of those in the
                                                                                            Parks and Resorts Segment.  Tracy has been a member of the
                                                                                            Enterprise Controllership team for the past five years and prior
                                                                                            to that held a variety of leadership positions in Parks and
                                                                                            Resorts Finance primarily responsible for Financial Planning
                                                                                            and decision support.  Prior to Disney, Tracy worked at Scott
                                                                                            Paper Company as an internal auditor.  She is a CPA and
                                                                                            graduate of the University of Delaware, with a BS in Accounting.
                                                                                             Tracy was originally from Media Pennsylvania, prior to moving
                                                                                            to Orlando to work for Disney.
