Effectiveness
As Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness, Lynne is
responsible for oversight of Learning, Talent and Succession
Planning, x Workforce Analytics and Insights, and
Organizational Deveopment for Disney ABC Television Group
Possessing years of experience in both entertainment and
leadership consulting, she brings the combination of real-world
practical business and leadership development experience to
assist executives and their teams.
Early in her career, Lynne was Vice President of Production and
Business Affairs for such high-profile Academy Nominated film
and television production companies as Kevin Costner’s Tig
Productions and Michael Mann’s Forward Pass. Beginning as a
production assistant on the film Honey I Shrunk the Kids (where
she met her husband), she quickly moved up the production
ranks working on such films as Dances With Wolves, Robin
Hood, Prince of Thieves, The Bodyguard and Ali. Entrusted
with oversight of daily operations, development, post-
production, management of company assets (totaling over $100
million), human resources and financing, she developed the
essential practical leadership, organizational, and analytical
skills necessary to develop leaders of today – and tomorrow.
Experienced in both the creative and business aspects of
entertainment, Lynne has had the fortunate opportunity to work
with diverse companies across the industry. She brings to her
role the business knowledge and experience of managing
cross-functional teams, fostering strategic alliances,
acquisitions, negotiations, development, production, marketing,
and business affairs. It was while working for Costner, who was
dedicated to developing his team (he had her purchase a
Gulfstream Airplane and refurbish it as a stretch assignment)
that an interest in leadership development and ethics took root.
