Prior to joining DATG, Lynne worked as a Talent Management and Leadership
Development consultant. She served as VP, Senior Leadership Consultant and
Regional Coaching Leader for Right Management, a global Talent and Career
Management consulting firm with 300 offices worldwide. Lynne led or
participated in the design and facilitation of leadership development programs,
team alignment and strategy work, as well as, ran the region’s coaching
practice recruiting and managing a cadre of over 40 coaches. She has
consulted to organizations such as Warner Bros, Toyota Motor Sales, City
National Bank, eBay/PayPal, Mattel, Fox Entertainment, Sony Pictures, Deluxe
Laboratories, Princess Cruises, Karl Storz and Edwards Lifesciences, to name
a few.
Lynne graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor’s in Media
Communication and Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business
with a Master’s in Business Administration. While Lynne loves movies,
reading, golf and the Steelers, she and her husband devote most of their spare
time raising seeing-eye dogs for Guide Dogs of America.
