Carlos is a 19-year veteran of The Walt Disney Company and has
served as Vice President of Investor Relations since 2011. Prior to
assuming his current role, he spent 13 years in the company’s Treasury
Department, in the Corporate Finance group from 2002 to 2011 and
the Financial Risk Management group from 1995 to 1999. Carlos was
previously an Associate in the investment banking division of
Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Carlos earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Stanford
University and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA. He is a

Board Member of St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, CA and a
member of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs.
