George Gross is Chief Financial Officer of Shanghai Disney Resort.
He joined Shanghai Disney Resort in August 2013.

Joining The Walt Disney Company in June of 1993, George has
held various leadership positions throughout The Walt Disney
Company Parks and Resorts segment. For the year prior to his
G E O R G E G R O S S current role, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Hong Kong
Disneyland. Prior to that he was the Controller for Walt Disney

Parks and Resorts. The Controllership is an organization that
provides financial and control support, analysis, and reporting for
several of the world’s top tourist destinations. Among other
business units, included in his controllership responsibilities were
the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida; the Disneyland
Resort in Anaheim, California; Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong
Disneyland, and Disney Cruise Line.

Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company in 1993, George was an
Audit Manager for KPMG Peat Marwick in both Dallas, Texas and
Chicago, Illinois, gaining diversified business and accounting
experience by performing audits, reviews and special
engagements for companies in the insurance, manufacturing,
and not-for-profit industries.

George grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, and Chicago, Illinois. He
attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as
well as The University of Texas at Dallas where he graduated Cum
Laude in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
and received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from
the University of Tennessee in 2000.

George and his wife Barbara have been married for over 30 years
and have two daughters, Jennifer and Katherine, and one son,
Keith. George and Barbara now reside in Shanghai, China.
