Jon Headley is Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Corporate
Real Estate for The Walt Disney Company. He is responsible for
the management and oversight of the company’s global treasury
functions including corporate finance, capital markets and
banking activities, financial risk management, pension and

investments, enterprise consumer payments and global cash
management. He leads a Corporate Real Estate team whose
responsibilities include strategy, leasing, design and delivery as
well as operations for the Company’s 20 million square foot
global real estate portfolio. He also oversees the company’s
sourcing & procurement organization. Mr. Headley most recently
served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Assistant
Treasurer. In that role, he led and managed corporate finance,
decision support, treasury control & compliance, real estate
strategy and asset management. In 2001 and 2002, Headley
served as Treasurer of Hong Kong Disneyland, based in Hong
Kong. Mr. Headley joined Disney’s Corporate Finance team as a
senior analyst in 1996.

Prior to Disney, Headley worked as a Research Associate at
Harvard University and has written articles and case studies on
financial risk management for the Journal of Applied Corporate
Finance and other publications. He also worked at Goldman

Sachs & Co. in New York and London. Headley holds a B.A. in
Economics and Computer Science from Williams College and an
MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jon currently resides in Pasadena, California with his wife Wende
and sons Matt, Chris and Jackson. He is currently President of the
Board of Trustees of Chandler School.
