Lesz Banham, Vice President of Finance, Walt Disney Parks and
Resorts, has worked for The Walt Disney Company since 1996. In his
current role, Lesz leads the Finance teams that support Parks and
Resorts Technology, Experience Planning & Integration, Digital Guest
Experience and Human Resources. He was recently appointed as VP
and CFO of Shanghai Disneyland Resort, and will transition into that
role in the coming months.

Lesz began his career in Finance supporting Walt Disney World’s
Marketing & Sales organization. He then joined the launch team of
Adventures by Disney, a new business venture for Parks and Resorts.
This led to a role with Global Business Development, where Lesz
evaluated the financial and strategic feasibility of new development

opportunities, including Aulani, a Disney hotel and vacation club
resort in Hawaii. Most recently, Lesz led the Parks and Resorts’ global
planning and forecasting processes, including the long-term strategic
plan, annual operating plan, capital planning and monthly forecast.

Lesz represents Disney on the Federal Reserve’s Travel & Tourism
Council for the Southeast Region. He is also a team leader with Hope
Water Project, an organization dedicated to providing clean water to
villages in Western Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree
from Ambassador University and a Master of Business Administration
from Stetson University. Lesz was born and raised in Melbourne,
Australia, and now resides in Windermere, Florida.
