The Finance Connect program was a great platform

to bring finance leadership and management closer

together. My mentor encouraged me to broaden my

network which led me to gain new relationships

across the organization and to broaden my

knowledge in various business strategies and

initiatives. My key takeaway is to push through my

comfort zone in building my professional network –

as there is much to be gained by both parties.

A special thank you to my Finance Connect partner –

Ignace – for your valuable guidance (and delicious

Sushi meals)! I look forward to keeping in touch and

to providing similar guidance and support to my

mentee partners in the EFS Mentorship Program.
