"The Finance Connect program has expanded my

network in a very profound way over the last 12

months. The best example of this was being

invited to the WDI Strategic Plan sessions last

April. My mentor, Brian Spaulding, felt it would

be valuable to get direct exposure to the

strategies and initiatives of the international

regions by participating directly in these reviews.

While I have worked in a region (EMEA) and

across all the regions through my roles in

Merchandise Licensing, my exposure to the

business has been limited to a DCPI view of the

world. Participating in these strategic plan

sessions expanded my horizons to the diverse

and evolving business environments in all the

different regions around the world."
