Gregory Belzer is the Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of The
Walt Disney Company. In this capacity, he is responsible for the
management of a variety of functions including Global Cash
Management, International Treasury, Foreign Exchange and
Commodity Risk Management, and Treasury Compliance and
Controls. Mr. Belzer also has functional oversight of the Company’s
Regional Treasury Centers in APAC, EMEA and LATAM, as well as
Corporate Real Estate finance.

Mr. Belzer has been with Disney for over 15 years, and has held prior
positions in Pension & Investments, Interest Rate Risk Management
and Corporate Finance. From 2002-2004 Mr. Belzer acted as Treasurer

for Hong Kong Disneyland, a joint venture project between Disney
and the Hong Kong Government. Prior to joining Disney, Mr. Belzer
worked at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in
the Division of Monetary Affairs from 1993 – 1996.

Mr. Belzer completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and minor
in Mathematics at Denison University. He later earned an MBA in
Finance from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon
University. He currently resides in Pasadena with his wife Lisa and
their two children.
