Blair Boyle is the Vice President, Corporate Financial Planning &
Analysis, at The Walt Disney Company.

Blair is responsible for partnering with business units during key

financial processes, including the Annual and Five Year plans,
B L A I R B O Y L E quarterly financial updates, and capital investment planning. As
part of his responsibilities, Blair works closely with members of
the business units’ finance teams as well as executives across
Corporate Finance, including Investor Relations, Treasury and
Controllership. Blair is also responsible for the financial planning
and support for the Corporate organizations, with the exception
of Disney Technology Shared Services.

Blair joined The Walt Disney Company in 2007 as Director,
Business Planning and Development in Parks and Resorts’
business development team, responsible for new growth
opportunities as well as partnering on improvement
opportunities within existing businesses. Prior to joining the
Corporate FP&A team in 2011, Blair also spent two years as
Director, Finance and Strategy at Walt Disney Imagineering,
involved in leading the development of a new technology

venture, as well as supporting operational improvement
opportunities.

Prior to joining Disney, Blair led corporate strategy and corporate
finance teams at Dell, and was a management consultant at Bain
& Company. Additionally, Blair is a CPA, and has a Bachelor of
Business Administration, in Accounting, from the University of
Notre Dame and a Masters of Business Administration from the
University of Virginia.
