Top Yacht Entry System (TES) notes
This Summer Series will be a first time for CYAA
skippers to be using the Top Yacht entry system. We CYAA Vic Classic Racing Series on Port Phillip 2021 May 2021 ~ Feb
have kept our series entry fee payment out of the Top 2022
Classic Yacht recreational sailing on Port Phillip can now resume. From 10 th Yacht entry process. We still require a series entry fee Top Yacht Event Series Entrants
payment by EFT to cover the race conduct fee. Here’s
the link to download the 2021/2022 Summer Series SERIES_NAME SHOW
fee payment form.
CYAA (Vic) Winter Series on Port Phillip list
Remember if entering the full series and entry payment CYAA (Vic) Summer Series list
is by EFT there’s no need to send in the fee payment Click on the links to check out the Winter and Summers series
form. Only Credit card and individual race entries need entrants and to start your 2021/2022 Summer Series entry
to send the entry fee payment form to our Treasurer.
Entries for individual races aren’t included the series aggregate trophy point score.
As 90% of our series entry fees are paid by ËFT we may keep this EFT series fee payment separate from Top Yacht
event entry process.
With the CYAA now managing their own Top Yacht event entry and race management, individual race entry
handicapping and series aggregate scoring plus their listing per entered race for race conduct fee purposes won’t be
a problem.

The Sydney to Hobart Classic Yacht Regatta 10 - 12 December 2021
It’s back to the future time. The event organisers are not making any event postponement plans. The Notice of Race
lays out the event format. An invitation race on the Friday then a handicap start and a pursuit start on the following
days.
The Regatta organisers are all Sydney based CYAA people. They are putting out the invitation for our Melbourne
and Brisbane based members to find ways to be with them on Sydney Harbour. Here’s the link to send an “I’ll be
there mail” to the event visitor logistics organiser, our President Martin Ryan. A place on one of the classic yachts
that have participated in Sydney to Hobart racing is yours for the asking. This event takes place after the Port Phillip
Summer Series racing for 2021 has been completed. So no excuse to not take up the invitation.
