11. THE START
                 11.1.The starting line is between is between a staff displaying an orange flag on the race
                      committee vessel at the starboard end and the course side of the port end starting
                      mark.
                 11.2.[DP] Boats whose warning signal has not been made shall avoid the starting area
                      during the starting sequence for other divisions.
                 11.3.If any part of a boat’s hull is on the course side of the starting line at her starting
                      signal and she is identified, the race committee will attempt to hail her sail number.
                      Failure to hear her number, failure for her to hear such a hail, or the order in which
                      boats are hailed will not be grounds for a redress request. This changes RRS
                      62.1(a).
                 11.4.A boat that does not start within 10 minutes after her starting signal will be scored
                      Did Not Start without a hearing. This changes RRS A5.1 and A5.2.


              12. CHANGE OF THE NEXT LEG OF THE COURSE
                 12.1.To change the next leg of the course, the race committee will move the original mark
                      or the finishing line to a new position.


              13. THE FINISH
                 13.1.The finishing line is between a staff displaying a blue flag on the race committee
                      vessel and the course side of the finishing mark.
                 13.2.The finishing line for the passage race will be laid approximately 400m to the north-
                      east of the RGYC marina.
                 13.3.A boat that is no longer racing shall promptly clear the finishing area and not
                      interfere with boats that are racing or finishing.

              14. PENALTY SYSTEM
                 14.1.RRS 44.2 One-Turn and Two-Turn Penalties is changed so that the two-turn penalty
                      is replaced with the one-turn penalty.

              15. TIME LIMITS AND TARGET TIMES
                 15.1.The time limit for courses 1-10 is 160 minutes.
                 15.2.The time limit for the passage race will be 1830hrs on Saturday 20 March 2021.
                 15.3.Boats finishing after the time limit will be scored Did Not Finish without a hearing.
                      This changes RRS 35, A5.1 and A5.2.


              16. HEARING REQUESTS
                 16.1.RRS Appendix T shall apply.
                 16.2.The protest time limit is 60 minutes after the last boat finishes the last race of the
                      day or the race committee signals no more racing today, whichever is later. The time
                      will be posted on the official notice board.
                 16.3.Hearing request forms are available from the race office.
                 16.4.Notices will be posted no later than 30 minutes after the protest time limit to inform
                      competitors of hearings in which they are parties or named as witnesses. Hearings
                      will be held in the protest room, located at RYCV and RGYC respectively beginning
                      at the time posted.

              17. SAFETY REGULATIONS
                 17.1.Boats must sign on each day using the allocated QR code to indicate their intention
                      to race and number of persons on board (POB).
