How do I search in Ada?
The main way to search for and find information is by accessing the two search fields - People search and Ada search -
in the top banner located on the home page.

Your results will take you directly to our new Search centre. (A) Results currently display pages and documents stored in
Ada intranet and ECM SharePoint.

To find information, click on the tabs: Ada, People, Newsroom, Ask Ada. Policies and procedures, Everything,
Conversations and Videos. (B) ECM content will be searched if you select Everything.

You can also use the filters down the left side to further refine your search results in a variety of ways including by
Content type, Result type (file format), Author and Modified date. (C)

If you hover over a link a pop up appears so you can preview content prior to accessing it. (D)

To return to the home page in Ada, either use the back button (E), or click on the Victoria State Government/DELWP
logo (F) in the top Office 365 bar.
