What is the new People search function?
Linked to our People profiles, you are now able to search and find people by name, Group/division, projects, job title,
skills and expertise. People search is accessible from any DELWP device. As part of staff feedback, our new People
search has its own self-contained search field. To learn more, watch a short video.
What are People profiles?
People profiles have been created as a result of our ThinkShake Innovation Challenge. They are a great opportunity to
let others know more about you , similar to how you would
manage your LinkedIn profile. You can also add a professional photo!
People profiles help you to build networks outside your core Groups, and to locate experts from throughout the
department. Importantly, they help new starters to settle in and find their way.
