What do I do if my personnel information in my People profile is incorrect?
You can automatically update certain fields in BMS such as your phone number and work location.
1. Log into BMS.
2. From the Navigator menu, click Employee Self Service DELWP and then, under Personal Details, click Personal
Information.
Note: Although updated immediately within BMS the changes will be available overnight on People search.
We are currently working with CenITex to rectify other fields that may be incorrect, such as reporting lines.
Why does my photo in the Office365 banner appear as a grey silhouette?
This is because our profile pictures are stored in SharePoint Online and requires synchronisation with Microsoft
Exchange Online (Outlook).
We are currently working with CenITex to migrate our email and calendars across from Lotus Notes to Microsoft
Exchange Online which will enable our profile pictures to be uploaded.
