2.6 Priorities for 2018-19

The Planning group will continue to work with all other DELWP groups, portfolio agencies, partner agencies
and stakeholders to achieve the outcomes listed in DELWP 2020. We will collaborate to ensure that our
policies, projects and services are aligned and are directed to towards the same, or complimentary, goals.
We will share information to help us all to evaluate our progress, and make adjustments to manage our
delivery as required. We share accountability for achieving our outcomes and take responsibility for ensuring
that everyone understands their role in the end-to-end processes we manage.
The group makes a contribution to the following DELWP 2020 outcomes:

In 2018-19, the Planning Group has chosen to highlight a number of priority projects and services which will
be the focus of attention across the group. Regular progress updates against these priorities will be provided
to Ministers, the Secretary, Senior Executive Team (SET), its committees and to other key stakeholders over
the course of the year. More detail on these priorities can be found in sections 6 and 7 of this plan.
