INTRODUCTION

The vb39 “Oil Extra” is a mix of concentrated oil additives
developed for reducing leakage of engine oil or hydraulic oil due
to hardened and/or worn oil seals.
The vb39 will reduce oil leaking by restoring elasticity of the oil
seals and making them swell in a controlled and limited measure
in order to compensate too much tolerance deriving from wear.
In case of contaminated systems it is recommended to clean the
system with the Smog Doctor vb35 before adding the vb39 to the
oil. Eliminating deposits of sludge, acids and humidity allow the
vb39 to contact better the surfaces of the rubber parts of the oil
seals. The vb39 will extend the life-time of the seals, which will
give an even better performance.
ENGINE OIL SYSTEM

If possible, first clean the engine’s lubricating system, add the new
oil and at then last the vb39. Drive the vehicle as usually.
normally 2.5 % in volume, 5 % in case of high mileage vehicles.

GEARBOX & DIFFERENTIAL

If possible, first clean the hydraulic oil system and then add the
vb39 to good quality oil. Drive the vehicle as usually.
normally 2.5 % in volume, 5 % in case of high mileage vehicles

TRANSMISSION

If possible, first clean the hydraulic oil system and then add the
vb39 to good quality oil. Drive the vehicle as usually.
normally 2.5 % in volume, 5 % in case of high mileage vehicles
POWER STEERING

If possible, first clean the hydraulic oil system and then add the
vb39 to good quality oil. Drive the vehicle as usually.

CLEANING THE OIL SYSTEMS
By adding the vb35 All Systems Cleaner to the engine oil or to the
hydraulic oil of any type of engine or hydraulic system, the oil
will be transformed into a strong cleaner and will eliminate
humidity and even large deposits of water. The vb35 contains EP
agents, which will cover the fractionized drops blocking therewith
any contact with the surface of the treated system. After operating
the system all contamination will be eliminated from the system
by draining and repacing the oil and replacing the filter. Please
