Introduction to Setting Appointments
TD: Welcome to the gym I’m Name Training Director and I’ll be the one taking you through
your consultation, can I ask you a couple questions first?
Member: Yes
TD: Great. What are you trying to accomplish in the gym?
Member: Member will give brief explanation of their goals
TD: When was the last time you worked out on a regular basis?
Members: They will either give a short or long timeline
TD: That’s great, if it’s been a while that means you have no bad habits and will be easy to
work with.
TD: Like I said I’ll be taking you through your consultation to ensure that you are equipped
with the tools you need in order to be successful in the gym. The consultation consists of
Body weight and body composition analysis which gives us a starting point, goal setting for
the year, nutritional counseling and a training session where we will acclimate you with a few
machines and also take you through a great functional workout that will be based on the
goals we set.
TD: Do you prefer mornings or evenings?
Member: Will say morning or evening.
TD: Great I have (give them two available time slots) which time slot would you like?
Member: Picks time
TD: Fills out consultation reminder flyer and gives to new member
