Initial Consult Phone Call
Phone calls are a vital part of your success, daily calls to new members from the new
member log must be done during invoice producing activity time.

8. Great well my job as the TD/ATD is to make sure all the members have all the tools they
need to accomplish their goals. Every member receives a consultation with their
membership. The consultation consists of body weight and body composition analysis which
gives us a starting point, goal setting for the year, nutritional counseling and a training
session where we will acclimate you with a few machines and also take you through a great
functional workout that will be based on the goals we set.
9. When will you be in for your next workout? I have a ____ or _____ that day

10. Great! If you could make sure to bring a water bottle and a towel and make sure to eat
something light about an hour before we meet. Also start thinking of some specific goals you
would like to accomplish. When you get to the gym let the front desk know that you’re here to
