1. Introduction

This report will provide an updated data about Scib workforce that divided into two parts, the

first part about scib workforce (headcount growth rate, headcount change in 2018, workforce

by level, demographics and tenure of services). The second part about scib workforce

turnover rate 2018 included the voluntary turnover by department, leaving reason voluntary

turnover and at the end provides a set of recommendations and actions that should be taken
in 2019.

- The total workforce as of December 31, 2018 was 644.

- The average headcount in 2018 was 658, it reflected a 7.5 % increase in 2018’s average

headcount 2011 of 612.
