- The Senior Management restructure in April 2018 resulted in changes in different
departments and transferring staff from the former job to the new created job or new
direct manager this restructure maybe will influence in department percentage of total
turnover.
- The highest percentage of voluntary by departments in Production ,QC, Stores with 41.9
% , Supply Chain ,HSE with 14 % , Corporate Marketing 11.6 %.
