4. Recommendation
As per previous analysis that shows the major reasons for leaving scib Better job
opportunity, Job dissatisfaction, Management, Benefits I recommend the following :
o Implement a plan to increase employee retention.
o Promoting a clear career path to greater compensation and responsibility.
o Creating open communication between employees and management can
help foster a sense of community and a shared purpose.
o Follow the cafeteria approach of benefits based on the different generations.
