Wheel Cleaning and CTA Options

Deluxe Wheel Stinger with On-Board CTA Installation
Utility Hook-Ups
1) Follow supplied directions in Chapter 5 for wiring of Photo-Eyes.
2) Align the Photo-Eyes according to the technique stated below.
a. Make sure there is nothing in between the emitter and receiver that could
interfere with the signal while adjusting.
b. Adjust the emitter first, then the receiver to aim directly at each other.
c. Adjust the emitter’s position until the receiver signal strength light bar indicates
its highest amount of signal received (the highest number lit).
d. Tighten the emitter mounting hardware, then repeat this step for the receiver.

Note: Run your CTA pump station to test onboard applicator system for leaks before installing
covers.

Hockey Puck Installation
1) Locate the 6 Hockey Puck assemblies and the 30 spray nozzles as shown in
side image.
2) On the back of the Hockey Puck assemblies there is a 1/2” stainless steel
hex nipple. Apply Teflon™ tape and liquid Teflon™ to the threads of the hex
nipples and screw all 6 Hockey Puck assemblies in to the flow drilled holes
at the bottom of the driver side and passenger side spray pipe weldments
but do not tighten them down as shown below.
