Nozzle Kits / Nozzle Chart

Selecting the Proper Nozzle Kit for the Desired Application
A FressStyler® with the optional Wheel Cleaner/HydroBlade® option can be ran with three different pump scenarios.
With each pump, a specific nozzle kit is selected for the Wheel Cleaner and for the HydroBlade®. The following
documentation will explain all 3 setups and the parts that are involved.
Wheel Stinger / HydroBlade® for 10 HP Medium-Pressure.
If this configuration has been selected, your Wheel Cleaner/HydroBlade® Lexair™ distribution manifold will be
supplied with 1-1/4” yellow gorilla hose. Below are the Belanger part numbers along with the flow rate and
pressure:
• 10 HP Grundfos Pump for medium pressure: 106919
• 40 GPM @ 250 PSI
• NZZL-105980: nozzle kit for medium pressure Wheel Cleaner
• NZZL-105983: nozzle kit for medium pressure HydroBlade®
Wheel Cleaner / HydroBlade® for 25 HP High-Pressure.

If this configuration has been selected, your Wheel Cleaner/HydroBlade® Lexair™ distribution manifold will be
supplied with a 3/4” MJIC on the feed. The 3/4” hydraulic hose is field supplied due to the variations in the
equipment room configuration. Below are the Belanger part numbers along with the flow rate and pressure:

• 25 HP Super Pump Station for high pressure: N/A
• 36 GPM @ 1000 PSI
• NZZL-105982: nozzle kit for high pressure Wheel Cleaner
• NZZL-105985: nozzle kit for high pressure HydroBlade®
