Initial Startup

Initial Startup for Drive-Through and Standard Tunnel Systems
1) The first thing to do is contact your chemical supplier they will know the correct dilution
ratio for the specific chemical you will be using and the climate of your location dilution is
adjusted by changing the induction tip located on the Hydrominder assembly.
2) Insert chemical pick up tube into the raw chemical container.

3) Make sure that the foam air regulator is turned all the way down by rotating the
adjustment knob in the clock wise direction.
4) Force the CTA output function in your controller to ON. This will energize the CTA timer
panel.
5) While pressing the “Prime” button located on the timer enclosure, adjust pump air
pressure to 60PSI. Continue holding the Prime button until the lines are full. Once the
lines are full, adjust the foam air regulator to 20PSI. Release the Prime button and return
the CTA function in your control panel back to the AUTO position.
6) Run some cars and adjust the nozzles on the applicators to maximize coverage on both
wide and narrow vehicles.
