Installation
Bell-Hose Installation for Standard Tunnel and Drive-Through Systems
Bell-Hose and Wear Strip
3) The two floor mounts will be secured to the floor. The one in the middle of the tunnel will
have a plug installed in the end and the other one will have a 1/4” push-in tube fitting
installed
4) The Bell-Hose is to be secured to the floor at 6” before the applicators. It only has to be
across half of the bay since only one of the tires is required to run over the hose and
activate it.
Installation of Cross-Over for Drive-Through Systems
1) Locate the Cross-Over Tube as shown below.
2) It is to be mounted to the floor after the applicators so that the utilities run through the
stainless steel tube from one applicator to the other. One 1/2” and one 1/4” poly-flow
tube will deliver the chemical/water mixture and air from the Primary Applicator to the
Secondary Applicator.
Note: Note: The cross over tube will act as a stop so that the wheel of the vehicle will sit in the
spray path as the pump is running.
