WAVE WRAP™

             Startup

             Initial

                Wheel Speed
                    1) Adjust the hydraulic flow control for a wheel speed between 72 to 80 RPM for cloth and 88 – 92
RPM for Neo-Tex while under vehicle load with the hydraulic pressure set at 900 to 1100 PSI
                    2) Insure that the wheel rotation direction is correct.
                         • Passenger side: clockwise
                         • Driver side: counter-clockwise
                Air Regulators
                    1) Set WAVE WRAP™ Head (Green / Orange airline) at 20 PSI
                    2) Set WAVE WRAP™ Boom Extend (Red / Purple airline) at 60 PSI
                    3) Set WAVE WRAP™ Boom Retract (Gray airline) at line pressure from 4-way valve.

                                               Decrease air pressure if
                                               more mirror clearance is
                                               required

                Flow Control for Boom Movement
                    1) Close flow control valves completely (clockwise), then open them 1-1/2 turns (counter clockwise).
                    2) As wheels move across the front of the vehicle, they should never lose contact with the vehicle. If
they do, gradually close the flow control valves on the cylinders (Red / Purple airline side).
                    3) As the Wrap Head walks up the boom, the boom should swing back into the center of the tunnel to
it’s stop position as the wheels reach the taillights of the vehicle. If they do not move properly,
adjust the boom swing into the vehicle by turning the flow control valves on the cylinders (Green /
                       Orange airline side).
                         • Clockwise to decrease speed
                         • Counter-clockwise to increase speed
                Limit Switch
                    1) When washing a narrow vehicle, the limit switch should release air as the center line of the wheel
passes the head lights. This adjustment is made by relocating the limit switch wand.
                    2) The bleeder valve on the limit switch controls the amount of time it takes to release the air. When
the limit switch is activated, release time is approximately 6 to 8 seconds. The longer the release
time, the slower the Wrap Head moves up the boom. The shorter the release time, the faster the
Wrap Head moves up the boom.
