ON Positions
FS = From Start (turns ON based upon the start position of the application).

FE = From End (turns ON based upon the end position of the application).

Examples:
• FS 000 – Will turn ON immediately when application is started.
• FS 002 – Will turn ON at 2 inches from position that application is started.
• FE 002 – Will turn ON at 2 inches from position that application will eventually stop.
• FE 050 – Will turn ON at 50 inches from position that application will eventually stop.

Note: Outputs must be ON with “FS 000” in order to be ON during Fill Time>

OFF Positions
FS = From Start (turns OFF based upon the start position of the application).
FE = From End (turns OFF based upon the end position of the application).

Examples:
• FS 050 – Will turn OFF at 50 inches from position that application started.
• FE 000 – Will turn OFF at end position of application.

• FE 050 – Will turn OFF at 50 inches from position that application will eventually stop.
• FE 999 –OFF position disabled, this lets the application shut Output OFF when the application
is done.

WP:
WP toggles between (YES / NO). WP stands for Water Purge. It is typically used when a WAX or
SPOT FREE is run through the 25HP pump. This function turns OFF the corresponding output during
the B/F in Motion. This is done to flush solution out of the pump and immediate plumbing before the
end of the application. A typical consequence of this not being set properly is the wax being dispensed
out of the Rocker Spin Cleans as the vehicle enters the bay.

Note: OFF position should almost always be set to FE 999.

NORMAL PURGE / PURGE ALL PASS:
This toggles to PURGA ALL PASS to purge the entire application. This is to purge while the machine
is moving before the On-Board Dryer. This works for AC4 only.
