Chapter 20 Weep System

Weep System General Overview
The Saber® Weep Kit is designed to allow the machine to weep water when the ambient
temperature drops below a set temperature. It is used to prevent the manifolds and equipment from
freezing up. The Saber® has two types of weep kits. The first is the single feed kit and the second is
the dual feed kit. This section will explain the installation of both of these options.

Single Feed Weep Kit Overview
Located on the pump station is a Lexair Valve Assembly shown in the image
below. If either the Rocker Side Blaster or Rocker Spin Clean Option is not
selected then the manifold will look as such. The single feed weep kit will be
selected for this scenario.

Single Feed Kit Installation

1) Located on the top of the Lexair valve is a JIC adapter that needs to be removed and placed
on top of the Weep Valve Assembly after the Weep Valve Assembly has been installed onto
the Lexair valve. When the assembly is complete it should look like the image below.
Replace JIC Adaptor

Install Valve Assembly
Remove JIC Adaptor

Completed Assembly
