Chapter 20 Weep System

Dual Feed Weep Kit Overview
Located on the pump station is a Lexair valve assembly
that looks like the image below. If either the Rocker
Side Blaster or Rocker Spin Clean Option is selected
then the manifold will look like the image below. The
dual feed weep kit will be selected for this scenario.

Dual Feed Kit Installation

1) Located on the top of both Lexair Valves is a JIC adapter that needs to be removed and placed on top of the
Weep Valve after the valve has been installed onto the Lexair Valve. When the assembly is complete it should
look like the image below.
Replace the JIC Adaptors

Remove both JIC
Adaptors
Install Dual
Valve
Assembly

Completed Assembly
