CONFIGURATION
CHANGE PASSWORD: Pressing this button will allow you to change the Passwords of all levels up to the current
level of access.
PASSWORD RE-LOGIN LEVEL: The system allows for multiple levels of access that require a password for each
level. Press the last word in the RE-LOGIN line (PASSWORD RE-LOGIN LEVEL NONE) to change the selection.
Log-in levels are shown above in “Screen Key”. When user presses the screen navigation keys, they will
automatically be prompted to enter a password. Once password is entered access will be allowed for 5 minutes. If
more time is required, temporarily set password Re-login level to NONE.
Example: If Re-Login Level is 3 and User has logged in at Level 3, the system would eventually time out and
restore access to Level 2. Once level restored (reduced) to Level 2, the User will be required to enter a
password to return to Level 3 access.
TEMP SCALE: Here you can calibrate the Temperature Scale. User can adjust temperature by + 9°/-15° of what
the sensor is reporting.
DISABLED E-STOP FAULT: Toggles between DISABLED and ENABLED. When ENABLED system will page
out when an E-Stop is pressed.
E-MAIL FAULTS: Toggles between DISABLED and ENABLED. When ENABLED, system will e-mail fault status
when faulted.
E-MAIL DATA: Toggles between DISABLED and ENABLED. When ENABLED, system will e-mail limited
accounting data at approximately midnight.
LOW WATER SHUTDOWN WASH: Toggles between LOW WATER SHUTDOWN WASH and LOW WATER
CONTINUE WASH. When in Shutdown Mode, system will fault, Page Out and will not wash vehicles until system
is reset. When in Continue Mode, system will turn off Tire High-Pressure and continue wash. If water level is
restored for next vehicle system will attempt Tire High-Pressure again.
SONAR BACK ADDER: This is the number of inches after the Sonar reads the floor that will be considered
vehicle length.
X36 BACK ADDER: This is the number of inches after the entrance; Passenger Side Wheel IN reads “Switch ON”
that will be considered vehicle length.
Note: This feature is only active if the entrance wheels ore ON for the first pass. This is not
recommended because of an increased possibility of the Top Wheel going into the beds of pick-
up trucks.
TIME AND DATE SETTINGS: The Time and Date fields are accessed by pressing on the corresponding buttons.
Each button will move you a screen where you will input the appropriate numbers for the current time and date.
