Chapter 1: Introduction

DryLite® Dryer Assembly Configurations
The DryLite® Dryer is available in various configurations. This manual has installation instructions
for all of the DryLite® Dryer Assembly configurations as follows:
➢ The DryLite® with all Air Cannon™ Dryers is available in the following configurations:
1-Nozzle, 10HP: One DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryer centered on the Head Beam.
2-Nozzle, 20HP: Two DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryers centered on the Head beam.
3-Nozzle, 30HP: One DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryer centered on the Head Beam and a
DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryer on each Leg Assembly.
4-Nozzle, 40HP: Two DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryers centered on the Head Beam and one
DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryer on each Leg Assembly.
5-Nozzle, 50HP: Three DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryers on the Head Beam and one DryLite®
Air Cannon™ dryer on each Leg Assembly.
6-Nozzle, 60HP: Two DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryers centered on Head Beam and two
DryLite® Air Cannons™ on each Leg Assembly.
7-Nozzle, 70HP: Three Air Cannon Dryers on the Head Beam and two DryLite® Air
Cannons™ on each Leg Assembly.

➢ The DryLite® with Air Cannon™ and SideKick® Dryers is available in the following
configurations:
2-Nozzle, 20HP: Two DryLite® SideKick® one on each Leg Assembly.
3-Nozzle, 30HP: One DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryer centered on the Head Beam and a
DryLite® SideKick® dryer on each Leg Assembly.
4-Nozzle, 40HP: Two DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryers centered on the Head Beam and one
DryLite® SideKick® dryer on each Leg Assembly.
5-Nozzle, 50HP: Three DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryers on the Head Beam and one DryLite®
SideKick® dryer on each Leg Assembly.

➢ The DryLite® with Top Flip Air Cannon™ Dryers is available in the following configuration:
2-Nozzle, 20HP: Two DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryers centered on the Head beam mounted
with a Top Flip Assembly.
4-Nozzle, 40HP: Two DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryers centered on the Head Beam mounted
with a Top Flip Assembly and one DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryer on each Leg
Assembly.
4-Nozzle, 40HP: Two DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryers centered on the Head Beam mounted
with a Top Flip Assembly and one DryLite® SideKick® dryer on each Leg
Assembly.
6-Nozzle, 60HP: Two DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryers centered on Head Beam mounted with a
Top Flip Assembly and two DryLite® Air Cannons™ on each Leg Assembly.

➢ The DryLite® with Side Flip and Top Flip Air Cannon™ Dryers is available in the following
configuration:
6-Nozzle, 60HP: Two DryLite® Air Cannon™ dryers centered on Head Beam mounted with a
Top Flip Assembly and two DryLite® Air Cannons™ on each Leg Assembly
mounted with a Side Flip Assembly.
