Initial
1) Confirm that all of the mall holes (fluid ports) in the manifolds are free of debris.
2) Remove one end-cap from each manifold and flush with water to remove any debris. Replace the end-
caps.
3) Confirm that the arch is delivering the desired amount of fluid using the example shown below.
How to determine GPM:
Note: If you have a desire to control flow rate beyond that of local water pressure, you should
install some type of field-supplied ball-valve in-line to each manifold.
• Use a channel of sorts to direct all fluids from a manifold to a 5 gallon bucket.
• Turn on the system and allow the fluid to fill the bucket.
• Record the time it takes to dispense 5 gallons and make adjustments at the ball-valve (whether
field supplied or part of a Belanger SDM).
Example: If it takes one minute to fill the 5 gallon bucket, the manifold is releasing 5 gallons per
minute.
