Installation

Frame Assembly
1) Uncrate and inspect shipment for damage, and to verify that all pieces are there. If there is
any damaged equipment, file a claim with the trucking company immediately. Receiving party
is responsible for filing claim with trucking company. Notify your local distributor or Belanger,
Inc. immediately if shipment is determined damaged or incomplete.
2) Locate the driver side and passenger side Leg Assemblies and determine which is which.
The manifolds are to face the entrance of the tunnel.
3) Locate Crossbeam and loosen the fasteners shown below on both sides.

4) Locate the following 5/16-18 x 3/4” Fasteners and 5/16 Washers (8 each). Feed the poly-flow
tubing through the top of the Leg Assembly, down through the leg and out of the side hole.
5) Secure the leg to the Crossbeam as shown below. Square and tighten all fasteners.
6) Repeat the precious two steps to the other leg.
7) Stand the Arch up and place it in its permanent position and lag it to the floor.
8) Before cutting the poly-flow to length, confirm that the Tee’s are still centered at the top of the
Crossbeam.
9) Cut and install the poly-flow into the check valves on the lower legs as shown below.
10) Assemble these parts as shown below on both sides. The Crossbeam Assembly ships with
the water and air lines in place although they are not shown in the image below.

11) Locate the 2 Leg Weldments and secure them to the Crossbeam as shown below.
