Introduction

Overview
Thank you for your purchase of the Belanger, Inc. Premium Tunnel Sign. We are confident you will be
pleased with its appearance and how it enhances your carwash.
The compact style consists of a rigidly designed plastic enclosure and “Neon Look” sign face. All
components of the Premium Tunnel Sign were built for durability that will withstand the elements in a
carwash environment.
The Premium Tunnel Sign cabinet is a self contained package with pre-wired lighting. It can be mounted
on a wall or an optional stand. A flashing unit is also available as an option. The lighting system is
designed to be easily wired to any existing 120VAC flasher system by simply removing the stainless
steel retainer which allows the removal of the face to access the light fixtures.

Although the Premium Tunnel Sign can be placed almost anywhere in your tunnel, It should be
positioned prior to the service being offered. The most common position is on the driver side of the
tunnel, just after the last rinse arch and before the dryer (if applicable). This position offers the highest
degree of visibility and also the best proximity to each of the upgrade programs that it will display. Be
sure to place it far enough from equipment so that moving parts or direct high pressure spray will not
come in direct contact.
The actual position may vary according to your particular site configuration.
The purpose of this manual is to familiarize you with the installation, operation and maintenance of the
Premium Tunnel Signs.
When installation is complete, keep this manual as a guide to proper maintenance.
