· Columns FILL, DWELL and PURGE are measured in seconds
· Values may be changes in increments of tenths of a second
· Reclaim: Toggles between YES/NO to select the Reclaim Output on
or off per application
· Tank: Toggles between SMALL/LARGE to select the desired tank per
application
· Enter OP Reclaim: Toggles between Enabled/Disabled to select the
Reclaim Output on or off during Entrance Operation

Fill Time: Delays motion while application is filling.

Dwell Time: Delays starting the next pass to allow chemical to soak on the vehicle longer. Typically the speed of
the Return Pass determines the soak time of the chemical.

Purge Time: Delays starting the next pass while turning on Purge Air. Presoaks turn on Purge Air during B/F IN
MOTION. All others turn on Purge Air once B/F IN MOTION is complete.

Note: Setting the Purge timer too large will unnecessarily add to Cycle Time.

PREFILL: This feature is used to reduce the cycle time and save costs for utilities. In general, Pre-Fill will use the
next application to finish dispensing the current application. Pre-Fill will only function if the following conditions are
true:
· Pump Speeds in the same zone
· Both passes use Reclaim or both do not use Reclaim
· Both passes use the small tank or both passed do not use the small tank
· First (current) pass does not have a Purge Time
· First (current) pass does not have a Dwell Time
· Both passes are of the same type as selected by Center = “________” in the Application Configuration screen
