Connecting MixStir® to Sudzer® BL Bayonet Nozzles
5) Make sure that the solution is spraying out of all six Bayonet Nozzles.
Full Cone Spray
Pattern for both
3.0 GPM & 4.5 GPM
Nozzle Kits
120°
Note: The chemical solution should spray in a full cone pattern and should not be sputtering.
6) If a spray nozzle is not functioning properly it may be necessary to disconnect it, remove it
from the Tri Nozzle and connect only that nozzle to the chemical supply line to see if it is
spraying in a full cone pattern.
7) If it does not spray properly, disassemble the Bayonet Nozzle fittings and correct by cleaning
and/or reassembling with pipe dope. Avoid using Teflon tape which can obstruct the spray
nozzles. Retest the nozzle before reinstalling it into the Tri Nozzle.
Note: When reinstalling a Bayonet Nozzle rotate it to the right then insert it into the Tri Nozzle and
rotate it clockwise to lock it in place. Verify the spray nozzle is pointing downward.
