Electrical Connections: Wall Washers (Light Bars)
5) Locate the quick electrical connectors that are coming out of the Wall Washers and Air
Plenum. Apply a small amount of dielectric grease on the socket side of the connectors.

6) Connect the electrical plug from the Wall Washers into the electrical receptors coming out of
the Air Plenum, as shown in the image below.

Note: Apply a small amount of dielectric grease on the receptor side of the connector and push the
connectors together making sure to align them for a proper seat.

7) Wrap the connections with electrical tape to protect them from the car wash elements.
8) Using the controller, turn on the Wall Washers to make sure they are working properly.

Connecting MixStir® to Sudzer® BL Bayonet Nozzles
At this point, the MixStir® Chemical Delivery Device should be in place and operational, and the
chemical line should be run from the device to the Sudzer®.

Note: It is recommended that the MixStir® Chemical Delivery Device be installed as close to the
Sudzer® BL as possible to ensure optimal performance.

1) Turn on the MixStir® Device to verify that the chemical is getting out to the bay and to flush
out any unwanted debris that may be in the line.
2) Connect the chemical feedline to the first Bayonet Nozzle fitting on the passenger side. If the
feedline is 1/2” in diameter the adapter fitting will need to be used to make the connection.
