Sudzer® BL Nozzle Installation

Installing the Bayonet Spray Nozzles
1) Locate the six Bayonet Nozzle Kits and verify that the arrows on the check valves are pointing
toward the spray nozzle, as shown below.

into the Tri Nozzle closest to
the Driver Side Leg.
Bayonet Nozzle with Adapter Fitting
for the chemical delivery source must
be installed into the Tri Nozzle closest
to the Passenger Side Leg.

2) Locate six nozzles and quick connectors and assemble them together, as shown below.

Helpful Hint Quick
Connector
For startup purposes, note the size
of the nozzles that are being
installed. It will either be a 0.5 gpm
nozzle (3.0 gpm total) or a 0.75 gpm Nozzle
nozzle (4.5 gpm total).

3) Then secure a nozzle onto each of the Bayonet Nozzle Kits, refer to the image below.
